Default Obesity

In last 30 years obesity is making life of millions very difficult.small children are also suffering.it is because of many reasons imbalance of some gland which is beyond human control but some reasons are human made.excessive eating especially of junk foods, and colddriks,less sleep than required,avoiding exercises,eating fatty items all these add to obesity.it is very difficult to get rid of it..some people go on diet control but it creates other serious side effect like anoraxia i.e. fear of food which create weakness,wrinkling of skin,and as immunity reduces bactarial infection become frequent visitor.best way to reduce fat is doing exercise, fast walking daily for hour, cycling,swimming which in long run burns fat.nowadays people r going for surgery to get rid of excessive fat.

I honestly blame the popularity of video games for causing a generation of obese children. As for adults... Some of it is due to sheer laziness. What do others think?

I blame the obese kids. They can go outside and excercise if they want, but they choose not too! I play games and still find time to excercise!

This topic proves how important excersies and cycling are I don't do cycling these days, but other excersies are enough for me. Anyhow, friends make use of this topic.

there are many reason why many people are into obesity, some major reason are from the attitude,laziness and lack of self discipline are the most common reason why people are getting obese.even a child can develop this due to lack of activities that needs active body.

Yeah, this is true. Lately I got obese because of excessive eating... I think I need to have gym now to reduce my weight.

I fully agree with Ezhel, people need to show more self discipline. If you exercise for just 5 hours a week (that means an hour every weekday, that could be walking or cycling to work!), then you are almost immune to obesity, unless of course you have some sort of medical problem or you eat a seriously excessive amount of junk food.
