Though it is still not good to recycle such used condoms. Yeah we know that they cleaned it well before they recycle but there is still little percentage that this could carry virus.

goodness!I couldn't imagine wearing that on my hair,if I only knew I wouldn't buy it for myself and or for my nieces. it's really gross I am afraid it might carry some dreaded disease.
