No.. I use the words myself, why do you assume every one is unoriginal and mooches from something else? There ARE some people who are intelligent enough to have their own vocabulary, you know?

I keep using that particular "explanation" because it best fits.. Every one wants to see a movie that explains everything to them.. I prefer to watch movies that leave the overall story and or "meaning" hidden so you have to think and or watch the movie multiple times to really "GET" what is going on completely..

I don't suppose it's a bad thing that everyone prefers their movies to be "stupified", but it makes it rather unfair for the movies that don't present everything to you on a golden platter.

LOL at the first paragraph. you're trying too hard not to sound incompetent. "i use the words myself." o rly? well i suppose i should give you a pat on the back for being able to type all by yourself. "intelligent enough to have their own vocabulary." well even someone who only knows one word has their own vocabulary.

you still haven't explained what about the movie makes its meaning hidden, so that it requires multiple views.

and i find your last paragraph awfully ironic coming from someone whose favorite movie is cloverfield.

First of all, your childish attempts to turn this into a battle of words amuses me, I thought it was a debate on movies, not some little kindergarten insult-fest?

There are hidden things in the movie, such as at the end of the movie, when it's showing two of the main cast in the train, in the background you can see something in the water for a few seconds moving around, hinting that it was around a few days before the actual attack..

That's the only thing I'll mention as to not give too much information about the movie itself..

I don't really see this discussion going any further due to your lack of maturity regarding other people's opinions.. I'll just retire from this thread as to avoid any little fights from breaking out.

ummm that scene at the end wasn't supposed to be hidden. it was meant to be noticed, but since it wasn't "presented on a golden platter" (which by the way, the expression is silver platter) and put right in the middle of the shot i bet you felt like a real sherlock holmes when you noticed it.

If you want to watch an unbelievable action movie, I can recommend "V for Vendetta." One of my all-time favorite movies. Great action, great acting, fantastic storyline.

I've seen it. Pretty good, but not one of my favorites from Cage.

I've been meaning to see that movie for awhile now, but never got around to it. I'll make sure I get it this time.

I saw it in theaters the day it came out, instantly because one of my favorites.

Just watched these over the last couple of weeks and really worthwhile having a look!
- IronMan
- Kung - Fu Panda
- 88 Minutes
- Hulk '08

Personally, I thought Cloverfield was a disgrace to the movie industry! It was pathetic in so many ways - just like the above poster - I agree it was a cheap rip-off version of Godzilla GONE WRONG, might I add!
