I sleep for like 8 hours during the summer. I wish I could actually sleep in longer but I just can't sleep too long. I get enough to keep me going through the day but I always feel like if I had gotten more sleep I would be more energized. Oh well. what can you do about it.

Sleeping is one of my most favorite things in the world. I sleep about 10 hours a day. But I get insomnia sometimes and so have a weird sleep schedule.

I try getting 8 hours of sleep a night, but some nights I only get 6-ish.

mmm i lovee sleeepingg.
if i dont have to go to workk.
thenn i suree doo sleep in [=
which is about like 7-9 hours.
and then i usually get sleepy around the afternoon like around 3-4 pm
so i takee a 2-4 hour nap. haha (= i sleep alot, no? =P
its either that or im just a lazyy bum. hehe

hmm, sleep mainly depends on your schedule but a healthysleep depends on your age. The older you get the less sleep you need - that's why babies sleep alot (MOST OF THE TIME). Personally, I sleep about 8-10 hours on most days, unless I have to stay up late for one reason or another :)

I sleep as if i was born for the only reason to sleep. Everybody will tell me to stop the habit of sleeping that many hours, but i never listen to it.Ii will go to sleep by 10 or 11 p.m and will be getting up only by 9 or 10 a.m.
so hardly i sleep for 11 hours a day.

i used to sleep for 6-8 hours a day ...in my opinion sleeping is a wasting of your precious time so i try to sleep as less as possible...

Sleeping too much can actually make you tired and run down. They say that you should sleep 8 hours a day. I personally sleep between 6-7 hours a day on good days.

6 hrs of sleep is generally enough for me, if I sleep anything more than that I usually wake up feeling sluggish.

Same here. If i lay there to long i get bored and i get up.

You should cut down on it IMO. But if your not slacking off in work or school then it really isnt to much of a problem. But its better not to sleep so much. 8 hours is a good amount.
