I don't drink tea or coffee but if i had to chose one, I think it would be tea with a lot of sugar on it and a lot of water, so it would just be like sugary water!

I love coffee in the morning as I wake up but when it comes to health, I still prefer to drink tea. Tea is good in our body to minimize our body toxins.

I prefer coffee rather than tea, I love coffee because of it's aroma plus the fact that it helps on my dietary allowance because it is antioxidant. and based from studies :Antioxidants help rid the body of harmful free radicals, destructive molecules that damage cells and deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA). They are linked to a number of health benefits including protection against heart diseases and cancer. Studies associated coffee drinking with a reduced risk of liver and colon cancer, type 2 diabetes, and Parkinson’s disease.

Tea. I don't like coffee. My boyfriend, the coffee snob, is trying to convert me, but so far the only kind of coffee I can choke down the overpriced and monstrously over-sugared tweener drinks. I know, I'm ashamed of me too. So... I'll just stick to tea. :)
