That would be a high possibilty that your eyes will pop out if you sneeze with eyes open. That would be a dangerous you always do that.

Where do you people get this kind of information? "eyes" don't fall out, i tried and only one eye ball fell out not both. Just kidding, never tried but doesn't sound too hard to do.
