I think its necessary to get professional help in such a situation. As you say that talking personally doesn't seem to be helping.
Its important to convery to them that their behaviour is detrimental to them and their relations with people. They need to learn to be more tolerant to others as should we to them as an overnight change is not possible

Something that you need a pshycologist with this kind of people. It's better that he should talk to people with expert with this kind of problem but if it's not serious matter you can still talk to him but don't go with his anger.

the person with that kind of behavior needs to undergo treatment, psychologically most of them are not aware of it,and some are aware but it varies from their past experiences. First I treated them by putting empathy to them or putting my shoe on their shoe and then understanding their situation by giving them sympathy.

Understand healthy boundaries--the bottom line here is that you need to love and care for yourself. You need to feel that you are worthy of respect and good treatment, or you will allow yourself to be abused. Learn about emotional healing and loving yourself here. With that in mind, you come first. If you don't take care of yourself, you have nothing to offer anyone else. Then your next priority is what you can do for others.
