I guess the time to quit your job is when you stop enjoying your job..and another more important reason is probably when you can afford to quit it-as you can get another one or don't need it to make ends meet at the moment.

Yeah. I'd recommend never leaving your job unless you have another one willing to hire you or you have enough money saved back to support you and your responsibilities.

I believe that if you aren't happy at what you are doing, that how I know when it is time to leave a job. Iam currently at a job that I have been with for awhile at first it was fun but then I found myself not wanted to be there anymore. I am only there now because I need the money.

It is a lot about the money. If it is REALLY bad there (you didnt say how it was or what was making you think you should leave) Then try and find another job (dont let anyone know your looking that works with you cause you boss could fire you before you get one) and quit after that. Good luck.

My opinion would be to leave work once you know that your dislike will affect your performance.

As I already said, Job satisfaction is important and even though you like the job, the atmospheare would make you hate the job at times. Then you can't leave the job before finding another job.

When I work, I work from 7:15am-3:12pm. It's actually pretty nice. During the season, I am coaching alot of times I am there from 7:15am-6:00pm. So, sometimes are better than others.

Work might not be all fun, but when you find the career that you enjoy the work is no longer work. Until that time I know that everything I do to get there has to be done so that doesnt make it that hard and helps me get through it.
