Usually, lots of people secure first for a new job before they leave their current job. But it also depends on your situation. That was also happen to me. I leave my job without any new job as replacement.

i am not doing any job but i went to my college on 9 am & it ends upto 4 PM..

it's time to leave your job when you feel that you're unhappy with it and when the management gives you a headache...lol.
sometimes it is better to leave a company who didn't give you enough benefits and who doesn't value at all. ![]() |
