I have been using another way to download videos from Youtube. But I have a small doubt in this method.
Does this website downloads the video in any video file format? Mostly when downloading from Youtube, it just downloads in flash video file format which is .flv. Will this website download it in a total video file format and not in flash file format?

I use a program which automatically does it all for me! I just paste in the URL and then it downloads and converts it for me! Best of all the program is free :)

All youtube's videos are horrible quality, so I wouldn't even want to download them, I wish Stage 6 didn't get shut down!

dtread, hasn't stage 6 shut down? The only reason I use YouTube is because of the vast amount of videos on there, in my opinion Vimeo is the best as it is just such good quality.
Also, thanks for the link Goodposter, here is a similar website that works well: KeepVid: Download and save any video from Youtube, Dailymotion, Metacafe, iFilm and more!
